busybox wget

I've just tried porting the latest wget 1.10.2 but that seems to need
some clock related function that's not in uClibc.  The one from the
uclinux branch (http://dslinux.gits.kiev.ua/tags/uclinux/uclinux_20051014/user/wget/)
seems to work ok and has ssl support, but I haven't tested SSL yet.  I
compiled it through the xsh because I don't think the build system
configures it to use ssl.
