Build a new toolchain!

swp-byte-writes is a compiler switch special to the Nintendo DS. All 
STRB assembler statements are changed to SWPB statements. Together with 
a writeback data cache, this allows us to take advantage of using the 
GBA ROM space as general purpose RAM.
