Ftpd patch

Ignore that one as wel, be gentle, it's my first time.....

These patches should enable ftpd and inetd and create the nessacery configs
(/etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf).  I don't know if ftpd will work by
itself, but it works like a charm from inetd.  All these were made by
running svn diff in the root dir.
