No new Forum Topics? Why root dir read-only?

the root is romfs, also new users cant make new topics for x posts

root's romfs is attached to dslinux.nds which is loaded into the main
memory when you select it with the game manager. Changing the romfs is
a bit of work for a new person, but it can be done.
