Patch to fix dropbear sshd on RAM builds

I've moved /dev/ttyp0-3 to be a symlink to /var/run/ttyp0-3, then included
mknod in busybox.  I've also modified rc to make the devices on boot.  Also
attached is a rc script to go into vendors/Nintendo/common/rc
