Fit ./lib/libncurses/test/blue.c in 64 columns

This is a patch to the bluemoon solitaire demo from libncurses.

I changed the columns width from 5 to 4 and removed \n when printing
the instructions (a couple of words are split in the middle but it's
more readable than before)
