patch for 4x9 font

[Cayenne]

Here's the patch for the 4x9 font I created because you can get a lot more
readability without sacrificing characters per line by letting the font be a
little taller.

Thanks to stsp for pointing me to the solution to the problem I was having
with the cursor.

I haven't tested the patch itself but I might not be on the internet again
for a few days so I thought I'd send it now.  (If this is a problem I'll
send a tested version on Monday.)
