M3 32 MB?

Malcolm,

I am wondering about the address which made the M3 r/w access:

0x09FFEFFE

Why they are using this one? It's the last address below the last 64
KByte of memory. Are the last 64 KByte special? A mirror of the GBA
SRAM space?

Any information?

regards
Amadeus
