Shouldn't we rename the build now? Maybe to SUPERCARDRAM or
something?

Renaming directories in CVS means breaking the history a little.
There would simply be a new SUPERCARDRAM directory that takes off
where SCSD-RAM ends. But I guess that is not a big problem in this
case.

I can do all the CVS-magic involved in renaming if necessary.

Also, we should deprecate the other supercard builds as soon as
the RAM one is stable enough.
