First booting DS with 17 MBytes RAM

Hello Folks,

it's real - I can boot and execute programs!
Over 17 MBytes free on the Supercard SD.

One problem: the sound buffer (the only RAM that's needs DMA-capable)
gets allocated in GBA ROM space. We will have to fix this (maybe
statically allocated, or ???). Sound is garbage now.

regards
Amadeus
