I guess this was a temporary problem or a maintainance issue.

The server is up now:

[stsp at ted ~]$ svn list svn+ssh://stsp@svn.dslinux.in-berlin.de/svnroot/dslinux/
branches/
tags/
trunk/

Let me know if it still doesn't work for you.
