DLDI does not compile without CONFIG_NDS_ROM8BIT

Kernel compiles fine now, but -mswp-byte-writes is still
passed to the toolchain for some reason when compiling userland.

Note my current toolchain has -mswp-byte-writes disabled
for testing purposes.
