DLDI ftpd patch (requires inetd to be enabled)

This patch requires that you have inetd working, as it won't work without
it!

Grab the source from svn via:

svn copy
svn://dslinux.spline.de/dslinux/tags/uclinux/uclinux_20051014/user/ftpd
user/

I've changed where it looks for chroot (/bin rather than /usr/sbin), and
also moved the binary to /usr/bin.  I've set inetd.conf so it's disabled by
default.
