anoncvs disabled

Hello,

I have disabled the old anoncvs service today.

It has been used less and less over the last few weeks,
and hasn't been used at all last week, so I guess everyone
has converted to anonsvn at this point.

If anyone still *really* needs this for some bizarre reason,
get in touch.
