Shouldn't this be:

 # CONFIG_USER_BITCHX_BITCHX is not set

Hint:
To upgrade configs, do the following:

	$ make menuconfig
	  -> [x] update default settings
	$ ./bulkbuild.sh -u # sync all configs
	$ svn diff vendor/Nintendo
	$ svn commit # if diff looks OK

Don't bother editing the config files manually.
