repository conversion has been started

Hello,

I have started to convert the CVS repository to Subversion.

AFAIK it's impossible to do an incremental conversion from
CVS to SVN, so I have to do it in a single go. Thus, commits to the
CVS repository have been disabled. I will try to get things up
and running with Subversion as soon as possible.

If things go well the subversion repo might be up tonight.
If things go wrong it might take a few days...

I'll keep you posted.
