dslinux/user/perl/ext/Cwd - New directory

[Cayenne]

I got microperl working with current perl sources before I noticed
that perl existed on the uclinux branch.  I think that the added
directories are just the ones that weren't in the uclinux perl.

Should I go back and try the uclinux one before committing the new one?
