Problems with linking of C++ programs

Hello Stefan,

I have a problem with your new toolchain: I can not link a c++ program.
The linker complains about missing standard operators like "new" and 
"delete".

In the lib directory of the toolchain, I found only libelf.a and 
libiberty.a. Looking at the original devkitARM lib directory, I think 
we are missing libsupc++.a.

May I ask you to add this lib to the build process?
