New toolchain comitted

[Cayenne]

I get this error on my G4 iBook running Gentoo:

(.text+0x5c4): undefined reference to `__gcc_qdiv'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [elf2flt] Error 1

This is the same error that I get when I attempt to build DevkitARM.

I don't know what this means or whether the problem is with my setup or the
toolchain; I'd appreciate any suggestions on what to look for and would be
happy to provide more information if someone tells me what would be useful.
